The best Mexican restaurant in Humboldt! It's the only restaurant in town that the family can all agree on. All the food is amazing but our favorites are the carnitas and the soft tacos served on homemade tortillas. The salsa bar is an added bonus as is the best server in the universe, Mr Pete. My only complaint is that they are not open 24 hours!

The humans have stopped here a few times for burritos and each time it has been excellent. The first time we stopped here they were just closing up but cooked up some enchiladas anyways. The sauce was the bomb and all the salsas were tasty. We stopped back in for burritos, a chile colorado and Chile relleno. Both burritos tasted good, if you get the super burrito be prepared for a ton of food. If you're vegetarian, make sure to get black beans instead of refried. Also call ahead because they may close early if it's not too busy. The service is excellent and the guy that runs the show has a great sense of humor - although his style may not be for everybody.

I have tried to go here on numerous occasions but the place is never open. When I did manage to catch it open the guy at the counter was so rude I didn't want to stay. He made crass comment to me when I asked questions. Not to mention the food is horrible, almost like they just microwaved the burritos and slapped it on the plate. I will never go here again. And I advise anyone trying to go here to choose another restaurant. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. I would give them no stars but that is not an option. Boycott this place so we can gat a real restaurant around here!

Horrible/rude customer service. Will no longer do business with them. Attempted to call in an order to go and the person on the phone was extremely rude and inconsiderate.

The food was delicious. Great salsa bar. She is one excellent cook for sure. One of the things that I rate Mexican food on is how well the beans and rice are cooked and I have to say they were absolute perfection.
